People in South Tyneside who have had their initial – or both – Covid jabs are being urged to take part in a short online survey to describe their vaccination experience.

The ongoing vaccination programme is being carried out at venues including Cleadon Park Primary Care Centre (pictured) and Flagg Court PCC in South Shields, The Glen PCC in Hebburn, hospitals and in patients’ homes.

Healthwatch South Tyneside is currently working with the NHS to find out people’s experiences of receiving their Covid-19 vaccine in the borough by asking those who have had their vaccine to complete the survey.

The results will be shared with the NHS to help healthcare leaders understand directly from you what is going well, but also what else could be done to improve the delivery of the vaccine to local people.

The survey, which should take no longer than 5-10 minutes to complete, can be accessed here.
