The NHS, local authorities and the community, voluntary and social enterprise sectors have come together to develop a plan to improve health and care in the North East and North Cumbria.
The better health and wellbeing for all plan sets out how we will reduce inequalities, improve experiences of our health and care services and improve the health and wellbeing of people living and working in our region by 2030 and beyond.
Recently David Thompson, our North East and North Cumbria Healthwatch Network representative on the Integrated Care Board, shared his thoughts on the newly developed integrated care strategy.
